This is an original needle felted barn owl portrait framed in a wood embroidery hoop. The owl is three-dimensional and was sculpted entirely of wool directly onto a sheet of blue wool felt. The finished piece was then stretched into a wood circular frame. Piece is sealed on back with paper and is signed by Erin Gardner
