This listing is for 1 oz. of carded corriedale wool sliver in Pale Peach, perfect for fair skin tones.

This corriedale wool is very fluffy and soft to the touch, with excellent crimp for needle felting. It felts very quickly and easily. This wool will also spin into a lovely textured yarn.

Sliver comes in a thin strip similar to roving, but with sliver, the fibers are still going in different directions, making it almost a cross between roving and batting. I use it primarily for needle felting, but it is also wonderfully suited for wet felting and spinning.

For your reference, the wool in the photo is 1 ounce.
